Tianjin Yishan Construction Machinery Works is one of the first producers specialized in crawler bulldozers production With a history of over 50 years on manufacturing crawler bulldozers in China. In 1993, it achieved sales of over 10,000 units of bulldozers firstly in China. It is a key and large national enterprise of earthmoving machinery, with over 1,500 staffs (556 technicians and managerial personnel) and 242,000 square meters area (146 square meters building area) and 748 units of main manufacturing equipment (71 units/sets of high-precision and large machine tools) as well as a large casting & forging base in Handan, Hebei province. In 1998, we were certified by ISO9001 quality system and ISO9001－2000 quality management system in 2001.

We have a long history and strong technology force in manufacturing crawler bulldozers. We are a pioneer of construction machinery industry in China. In 1958, the first national bulldozer was produced by us. In 1986, we were responsible for the construction of Huanghe Construction Machinery Factory, including manufacturing facility design, technologies and techniques, and over 500 production technicians and managerial personnel.

Yishan T120 crawler bulldozer was ranked the first of bulldozer industry in 1982 and T160 crawler bulldozer was evaluated as Tianjin “High-quality Products” and “Top Product” of the General Logistics Department. Our products have been enjoying the honor of “Quality & After-sales Service Satisfaction Production” in the user assessment campaign jointly conducted by Users Committee of China Association for Quality and Construction Machinery & Equipment Users Committee of China Association for Quality since 1991.

Distinctive Products, Monopolize Market
　　Due to long rainy season and extensive wetland in Japan, it takes up the leading position in developing wetland bulldozers. Based on Komatsu D60PL technologies, our unique TSC180 super wetland bulldozers with minimum ground pressure of only21kPa (the lowest one in China) are indispensable equipment in wetland operations in China.

On the basis of digesting and absorbing Komatsu D60P wetland bulldozer, we have developed and manufactured utility bulldozers like THS200 and THS180. The newly improved THS160 utility bulldozer’s increased track shoe width reduces ground pressure and further improves its performance. The redesigned cab provides a more comfortable working environment for the operator. Yishan utility products are highly appraised among users for their high reliability and superior performance. Different models are to meet the diverse requirements of national urbanization on waste handling equipment.

　　In the past 50 years, we have been strengthening our core competitive power and keeping our leading position in the industry through technological innovation and development. In 1985, we introduced the manufacturing technologies of D60 (mechanical drive) and D65 (hydraulic drive) crawler bulldozers (over 10 models of five types like standard, wetland, utility, forestry, and electric power type) from world-class Komatsu Ltd in Japan. After digestion and absorption, we developed Yishan branded crawler bulldozer series like T160 (D60A-8), T180 (D60E-8), TY160 (D65A-8), TY180 (D65E-8), TSC180 (D60PL-8), and TS160 (D60P-8). These bulldozers feature proper design, easy operation, high reliability and operating efficiency, long service life, high specific power, low fuel consumption and noise level, and wide applications. They have obvious advantages in power, economical efficiency, serviceability, and comfort in China.
